This may include your name, business name, contact details, property or risk information, policy reference, requested service, source page, and campaign or referrer information. We also receive limited security and operational data such as request time, fraud-prevention results, and delivery status.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to review and respond to your request, communicate with you, preserve a service record, prevent abuse, measure whether the website works, and meet legal or operational obligations. A website submission does not itself bind, change, or confirm insurance.

Service providers

The website may use hosting, security, form-protection, transactional-email, analytics, and customer-relationship systems. These include Vercel for hosting and privacy-conscious product analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Resend for transactional form email, Upstash for server-side rate limiting, and Ziegler’s private CRM for reviewed lead and service-request records. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable agreements.

Cookies and analytics

We avoid advertising trackers and do not send form contents into analytics. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may collect limited, aggregated technical information needed to understand page usage and performance. Turnstile may set or read security information needed to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse.

Retention and disclosure

We retain records for the period reasonably needed to respond, preserve brokerage and audit history, comply with applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, insurers, wholesale intermediaries, professionals, or authorities when necessary for an authorized request or required by law.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed for the information involved. No website, email, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full bank-account information, passwords, or payment-card details through public forms.
